For scenic projection purchases, after receiving a deposit or full payment, we do not offer refunds. However, we may be able to offer a show credit for a future show from our existing inventory. This credit will be decided on a show by show basis depending on the reason for project cancellation. For cancellations with projector rentals, we may be able to offer a refund depending on how much notice we are given before your delivery date. Please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or make a change to the order after confirming a projector rental.

If paying online via Credit Card, a 3.7% processing fee will be added to each order. This does not apply to clients from Connecticut, Massachusetts, Puerto Rico or any other jurisdiction where surcharges on credit card transactions are prohibited. For projector rentals confirmed less than 4 weeks from delivery date, there will be a rush fee of $250 added to the order.
